Fun With Dogs use only positive and reward based training and behaviour modification methods.
We do not allow the use of any of the following equipment during our training sessions, behaviour sessions or any event or activity that Fun With Dogs run:

Half Choke/Choke Collars
-
Prong Collars
-
Vibrating/Shock/Citronella Collars
-
Slip leads
-
Rattle/Pebble cans/Noise makers
If you bring any of the above items (or similar aversive equipment) to any session or event you are likely to be asked to leave.
Training and Behaviour Booking Terms and Conditions
When you book a training, behaviour or assessment session or a package of sessions we will take a deposit to secure your booking.
If you cancel your session or package of sessions, more than 7 days before your first session, we will refund your deposit in full.
If you cancel your session or package of sessions less than 7 days before your first session, then we will unfortunately be unable to refund your deposit payment.
If you have booked a package of sessions and need to rearrange session dates and/or times we will be happy to reschedule if we have dates available.
If you have booked and paid for a package of sessions, but wish to cancel before completing the package then we are unfortunately unable to refund for unused sessions.
Events and Activities Booking Terms and Conditions
When you book a place at one of our events or activity days you will need pay the full fee in advance.
If you cancel your place more than 14 days before the event or activity day we will refund your fee in full.
If you wish to cancel your place less than 14 days before the event or activity day, then we will unfortunately be unable to refund your fee.
It may be possible to reschedule your place to another activity or event dependent upon availability.
